Travel Cost to India 

Hi guys so in this blog we are going to discuss the travelling cost if somebody is coming to India so the very first thing is the flight that you have to look for these days connectivity to Delhi has gone quite high we have number of flights between all the international airports in the world air India as an official airline operates multiple flights between the international airports that is the best and the cheapest way to come to India as Air India flights are comparely cheaper as compared to any other Airlines of our national career of any other country. 

Once you reach Delhi, India, the first thing that you will discuss is the transport, because without transport, you would not be able to travel from one place to another. Let us see what type of transport is available as tourist vehicles in India. 

If a single person or two people are travelling, they can opt for a sedan. 

Generally, in Sedan we have Swift Dzire, Etios and Amaze most popular among them is the Swift Dzire, which is manufacturing new vehicles as well. This is a comfortable option if somebody is travelling and their total is one or two, then this is the option. Generally, you get a sedan starting from 4000 rupees per day to 5000 rupees per day. 

The second option that you will get in case you are more than three passengers, up to 5 passengers, is the XUV that you get as Innova Crysta or Ertiga. Most people love to book Innova Crysta only, that is the best vehicle we have in this category, which costs you, starting from 5500 per day go up to 7500 per day. 

After that, if somebody is travelling in a group, then we have Tempo Travellers, that are available in various sitting such as starting from 12 seated Tempo Traveller 16 seated Tempo Traveller 20 seated Tempo Traveller 25 seated Tempo Traveller. Generally, we do not use the last four seats of the Tempo Travellers because they are not the push-back seats, so suppose if a 12-seated Tempo Traveller is there, then we will just use 8 of its seats; the last four seats are not comfortable, so we will avoid them. Also, when we are talking about transport, we have trains which have good connectivity among most of the cities in India, but train tickets open their window 90 days in advance, for some of the tickets it is 120 days, so you have to plan ahead, get the best seat and the seat availability 

There are some good trains which has been started, known as Vande Bharat. Those trains are generally offer two type of sitting one is the AC chair car that is the basic one but nice and the second one is the executive chair car which is the best seeds available in the train other than that there are lot of trains which Run Shatabdi and other Express train which also offers quite good sitting so if somebody wants to connect this journey by train they can definitely do that train Journeys are also not very expensive they are you really good economical and budget friendly. 

The second thing that comes up is the hotel where you are going to stay. There are plenty of options to stay, starting from budget category hotels, then 3-star, 4-star and 5-star hotels. Generally, the hotel rates depend on the location of the hotel, city, season, off-season, hotel category, etc.

The third thing is the sightseeing basically in that you have to pay the monument fees which is applicable in all the monuments if you want better knowledge of the place you can afford guide with generally cost you around 4000 to 4500 per day costing also depends on the season time generally all over the monuments in India at most of the monuments you will definitely get a guide it get a licence guy outside you can always negotiate with them but all the professional guides who are good guides are already pre- booked with your package through a travel agent then they will definitely allot you a person who would be very good with the knowledge and only those guide who are quite professional are working with the tour operators. 

The last thing is the food. In India, food is not that much expensive. If you are a street food lover, then you have plenty of options available. You always have an option to fill your stomach with decent food, starting from the range of 200 rupees per plate up to 1700 rupees buffet in a 5-star restaurant. 

So there are some facts regarding the costings now let us come on the true costing which is required to travel in India so basically as per the previous mobile but we have seen Generally in season time for India start from October till March that is the best time to explore the reason of not as well as the South Central in that time the temperature is quite there is not that much hot As compared to the summer time so you can get outside and explore the city but as it is season times rates are going to be high.

Let us take an example you are two guys who have to travel India basically you would like to cover Golden triangle that is Delhi Jaipur Agra and your trip duration is finite six days you would be travelling by sedan and staying in 3 star hotels so I would give you some example so let us suppose said and will cost you around 4500 per day at 3 star hotel in Delhi Agra and Jaipur decent enough will cost you around 6000 map inclusive of your breakfast stand dinner and a to a guide which will cost you around 4500 per day rest are your entrance tickets let us say suppose you have to pay 5000 Rupees as a monument fees for Delhi Agra and Jaipur so this will give you total of suppose if you are doing the itinerary of 596 that will include your tonight scene Delhi 199 Agra and then two nights in Jaipur and then coming back to Delhi and departing from them so basically two rights Jaipur so this will meet your hotel costing as 6000 x 5 = INR 30,000, vehicle cost as 4500 x 6 = 27,000 and Guide cost as INR 4500x 6 = 27000, monument fees 5000×2 = 10,000. This will give you total cost of 94000 for two passengers you can always reduce the cost by cutting the services of the guide that is optional weather you would like to for that or not this is the time did costing for the season time. 

When I am talking about the Sedan vehicle, we usually provide a Swift Desire credit vehicle, then we can definitely switch to Innova Crysta, which is approximately around 6500 per day up to 8000 per day in the season. 

The type of hotels that we use in restart is, for example, Nanak Nivas by weekend in Delhi hotel floor, and Hotel Florence Delhi, in Agra we go for Pusp Vilas Agra, in Jaipur we go for Spree Jaipur.
